Our solar panels were fitted early in 2024 but due to several delays none of them caused by ACS, we have finally started to export energy as of today. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Aaron for all of his help sorting things out, Especially with national grid after being repeatedly chased then decided they hadn’t received our paperwork. After speaking to Aaron, this was sorted in days. It then transpired that our smart meter wasn’t compatible with Octopus again, Aaron was very helpful. More problems with National Grid and Octopus now sorted thanks for everything Aaron.

Very prompt response from Aaron via Checkatrade. He came out next day to check failed system and fitted a replacement inverter a couple of days later. This did not solve the problem and it was decided that one series of the solar panels had failed (blown) and required replacement. He came out with Garth a few days later and replaced the panels. Aaron kept us advised at all stages as to progress and cost. This was an expensive failure but ACS prices seemed on a par with average cost for this type of work. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend.
